Saturday, December 6 & 13, 2008: 2-4pm
$25 each / $44 for both sessions

DANCE OUR WAY HOME is a dance practice for women on a healing and spiritual path of body-love, self-acceptance, wholeness, the sacred feminine, and all that is life-affirming. It incorporates free-style dance, relaxation, guided imagery and ritual; medicine for the soul to nourish and support you in 'coming home to yourself' and the realization of your magnificence!

DOWH is a soul-centered practice offering you:
- A safe & non-judgmental space to be yourself, just as you are.
- Themes to inspire your courageous, compassionate and creative self.
- Guided visualizations to ground and relax you open to a more embodied presence.
- Personal dances to invoke authentic inquiry, to fall in love with your own knowing and impulses.
- Partner and group dances to connect, play, and feel part of a precious circle of women.
- A wide range of music to carry you through various states of being, from tender to wild.
- Tools and woman-centered teachings to support the realization of your magnificence.
- Support in all of the above, and more.

Whether you are a beginner, or have previous experience, you are welcome! Come to 1 or both.
